Dear Tom,
There was something that I was hiding from you since long time, but now I have to tell you as things are not in my control. I am suffering from terminal illness and as per doctor it is infectious.
I don’t want you to suffer the same because of me, I love you a lot and cannot see you in pain. Therefore I have decided to break this relation. Jim will be with you as I cannot keep him with me because of my illness. Please take care of him and look someone for you and forget me.
I am going to US for my treatment and will update you through letter, please make Jim understand about the situation and tell him her mom loves him a lot.I am sorry and will miss you.
