Request for participation and donation for handicaps

In this letter the charity trust is requesting a company to participate and donate some of value for all the handicaps in our country. The charity Trust wants the company to donate some amount with full blessings and humanity.

Dear Mr. Robinson,
Our Blossom charity is implicated in many benevolent activities. One such episode that we are currently functioning on is fund raiser for all the handicaps. I am writing to you on the behalf of Blossom charity. The episode is planned on 2ndOctober 2010. Around 1000 people are going to contribute from all over the country.
I have come up to that you actively participate in such donation activities concerning handicaps. Also given the status of your company we could work together to  make it communally favourable condition.
Our sponsors will receive sufficient media exposure; will also find a mention in all the promotions for the fund raiser. I do anticipate that you will be proficient to equal us in this huge occurrence and facilitate recover the lives of numerous people. Your company will also be appropriate for a tax deduction on this donation.
