name.
Kindly consider this letter as my formal request to change our address in your municipal records. I am attaching the new address’s official proof with this letter for your perusal. Once the address is changed in the official records of Municipal Corporation, we’ll be able to request for change in address in other important official documents like utility bills, passport, driver’s license etc.
