Dear Mr. Flynn,
At the outset, let me thank you for your cooperation in the past few years. I am writing this to request you to increase the credit facility you have been giving in the past few years.
With an increase in the credit facility, we would be much obliged to increase our sales. This would enable better business which would be mutually beneficial. As you know, we have never defaulted in our payments due to your company.
Thanking You,
Sincerely,
Zachary I. Sheppard
