Client’s Farewell Letter

A client’s farewell letter is written when a company stops all the professional dealings with a company due to certain reasons. This letter appreciates the long relationship with the company and one can also suggest some other company which deals in the same product. This letter helps in long term relationship and also adds up in the companies good books.

Dear Mr. Savani,
Considering the entire conversation, we have taken a decision to stop the entire job work and all the deliveries to your company. We will officially hand over the entire project cost and will send you an official receipt once the formalities are done. Further looking at the matter and your company’s good image makes us suggest the name of the company which will provide you the entire system at your cost. This will benefit you cost wise and also intern give you good material as well.
Thanking you for sending us the pending payment of the previous Job. It was a great pleasure dealing with your company for all these years. Looking into long relationship, request you to start dealing with our sister consultant.
Regards,
Raj Sahu,
Chief Executive Officer,
OTT Company Ltd.
Mumbai, India.
